  • ORDER CANCELLATION/CHANGES:

We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible so please make sure you are content with your order because you may not be able to change it if it has already been fulfilled. However you can email us and we will do our best to assist you with any problems you may have.

  • I RECEIVED A REFUND AFTER PLACING MY ORDER:

One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed. But don’t worry, the rest of your order is on its way soon and you have been refunded for the cost of the out of stock item(s) minus any applicable discount codes used on the order.

  • HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, depending on the order some orders will ship the same day. If we are unable to ship your order on the same day it was received, your order will ship within (2) business days. After shipping, please allow up to 3-4 business days for delivery depending on location and postal carrier. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

  • I PAID WITH AN ECHECK, WHY IS MY ORDER STILL PENDING?
If you paid with an paypal eCheck, we will not ship your order until the eCheck clears. This can take up to 3-5 business days.
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

If your order has been shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email and you can track it via the link in the email or you can go to www.USPS.com and track by entering your tracking number.

  • I NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL:

If you do not receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. Please contact us to make sure the order was received.

  • RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are offered on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you have issues with any of your items and we will try our best to fix the issue. Please refer to our returns page for more information.
